record power drill spares?

I'm in need of a return spring and chuck key.

the return spring is the flat type of spring.
nothing on the net not that I can see.
do you guy know where I might be able to buy on line. john

Chuck key should easily be sourced else where, just a 16mm jacobs?

has it snapped at the end ?? sometimes u can heat the end and reshape it using long nosed pliers

as brightspark says, but if you can't you could try meadmaws & passmore horological parts[clocks] I've bought a few clock springs from them, you need to measure the thickness & width though.

tried it Alan but it just broke off again twice.

got throught to record company.
return spring is on the way cost!about £25!!
they dont sell chuck key seperately.
they are sending a manual to my email.
hopefully I'll get to know what size I need.anyway thanks. john

£25 is not too bad - the one for my old Progress drill cost me £50 when that went! I looked into having one made but that was about £50 as well.
