Miller MPI 220P, I used this for about Si months at a previous job and was a really nice welder! Ran off 32amp 240v, layer a really nice Ali weld and was good in all processes. Nice and easy to set up and use too.

I was looking for such a thing myself recently. I wasn't too bothered about it being single phase but I was wanting something in the 250amp range and there doesn't seem to be much at all.
You get the EWM Pico Migs at about 180 Amps, the Miller 220p at 200 amps and that is about all I have seen until you step up to 300Amp or so and they are 3 phase.
There is a pulse version of the R-Tec MTS250 that I have but only seems to be available from Everlast in America and some no name from Poland.

I ended up buying an second hand EWM Phoenix 330 Expert from @Jim Davey and I am loving it but it is 3 phase.

This is the one from Poland, it seems to be a pulsed version of the R-Tec MTS but without the known warranty and backup that R-Tech gives it wasn't an option for me personally.

GYS do a 270Amp pulse Mig but it is 3 phase.

It says 200amps on the spec sheet, but the pulse will peek at 220amps. It's a powerful machine for single phase and welds 6mm Ali no problem. The MMA and TIG functions are just add ons really, it's primarily a mig welder. I don't know of any other single phase pulse migs of that quality.
What do you need it for?

They really need to update their website, from what I have seen it hasn't changed for a good few years and the only catalogue download is 2012-13

I know the initial search criteria was single phase but after a bit of deliberating I may be having a change round. We have a massive generator at work which is single phase and three phase. I have run the Lorch from this because it's convenient and we can always load up the genny on a 18t skip lorry and move it around to where ever it's needed. A few customers I have gone to privately only have single phase so that's why I have leaned towards single phase in the past. I have a kemppi minarc mig 200 that I can use for my single phase customers as and when they turn up in the future and I can still use it for homework in the cellar workshop (which is where it mostly lives)

Soooooo we are now looking for a machine running 3ph

The Lorch Mpro 252 has performed flawlessly all the time I have had it but you need to move with the times, bigger is better and technology marches on
