Recommendations for bespoke machinery cover suppliers.

Everyone,

I need to source some bespoke machinery covers (pvc tarpaulin type) for work in order to keep wood dust within the process.

Out local place who we used years ago has gone bust, Google has provided some suggestions but recommendations from you would be welcome.

Ideally in the Greater Manchester area ( fits with our buy local ethos) but anywhere within reason.

If i understand this correctly you need the correct solution to prevent exposure to wood dust, Introduction of any type of tarp cover will significantly increase the fire risk

I suggest professional advice is the forwards

Ive never seen tarp covers to prevent escape of wood dust

@Parm . Err yes, and no.

Need a flexible solution that will prevent dust escape between a shaker table and a feed conveyor. All earth bonded, atex motors etc just have this joint that we are struggling to seal in any other way that will allow us to easily open it up for cleaning at the end of the day. Used tarp as an example but a form of anti static tyvec material will be the way to go according to our dsear consultant.

We have custom tarp makers all around, mainly do semi-trailers and dump trucks (some are Amish)
Seems to be common here.
Boat covering people as well.

Anyone local doing boat covers ,, they may be the people ,, but anything with boat in seems to get spendy quickly ,,, for the price are you not tempted to buy an old machine and have a go ,,, they dont have to be tight if they are only dust covers , rip stop nylon and a domestic machine will get you going .
