I've got a parting tool that came with my AXA / 250 QCTP set. It looks exactly like this chap (but I didn't buy from this guy):

I'm looking for a better fitting tool - what I find with this model is that the cutter slips out of the bottom groove and wants to exit stage left, when viewing from the back. The problem, in my amateur opinion, is that the grub screw / bevel at the top of the cutter is too loose so under modest pressure, the tool is sliding away.
Of course, I could be Using It Wrong(tm) but I'm opting to blame the tool
