It's still a cold saw though.It's a toothed blade but it's not the same. A proper cold saw like the one you linked uses a solid HSS blade and turns about 50 RPM, it's essentially a huge slitting saw and cuts like a milling machine, the part and the chips stay cool to the touch. An Evo is basically a mitre saw with a posh blade, the chips come off red hot and sometimes spark. A proper coldsaw excels on solid material but isn't so good on thiner walled stuff.
Though they seem to be refered to as dry saws.
Metal and wood bandsaws run and two different speeds with differing blades but there both bandsaws.
The screenshotted saw could in theory be run faster with a tct blade. Probably not easily.
Both has and tct keep the heat out of the blade and workpiece and into the chips
