I have had probably 10 different soldering irons over the years. Including Weller and some other quite expensive ones. I came back to Antex as all the others were useless. I find the Antex best because the bits fit so well which makes the heat transfer so good. A 25W antex will outperform many 100W irons.Sorry @fizzy but antex are poo. Quite disapointed when I was looking last year and they dont have any decent temp controlled low voltage ones, not at a sensible price atleast. I think most of their business is supplying secondary schools and similar.

TS100 is the self contained one, goes to sleep when its put down, but reasonably expensive. Lots of good reviews of them.
In fairness I haven't tried the ones you linked to.
