Husky or stihl, which ever you buy will be good. Just remember the get the proper PPE.
The best PPE is education and common sense.
At a bare minimum it's chainsaw gloves, steel toe caps and visor/ear defenders IMO.
Shorts are optional.
Don't buy really cheap , like JCB, B&Q, or Aldi, they are truly pants, I've had a few for repair, and they are just disposable plastic toys.
I'm a member on the Arbtalk forum and a large proportion of the members (professional chainsaw users) don't use chainsaw gloves.The best PPE is education and common sense.
