Mine's single skin, built onto the end of the bungalow, probably no DPM. Same sort of roof (which has a leak and bucket!), but the "loft" area is plaster boarded (ceiling) so keeps the ventilation through the loft area only.I just posted this in the low temperature workshop thread, then deleted and posted here.
Anyway, peed off with the garage here. Block built, single skin. Truss rafters, felt, battens and concrete tiles. It has a DPM under the slab. DPC under the block walls.
Everything inside is covered in condensation.
All I can think is to improve the ventilation.
Improving ventilation won’t stop it. It could help clear it after it’s formed, but when all the inside is at minus 10, and you get air at 14 degrees full of moisture getting in there, the whole place is a big dehumidifier, metal especially.I just posted this in the low temperature workshop thread, then deleted and posted here.

Cold woodI've even got condensation running down the sides of a Wharfdale speaker I refinished years back and that's wood!
