and 2.5 dti transits coz they turn anticlock!!however Range Rover 4.6 GEMS engines have RH threads on the fan (took a second Google search to find that!) I spent the whole of Saturday afternoon tightening it up!!!!

It's a design feature, it's supposed to protect the chassis from rotting but unfortunately it doesn't work.It's just passed the MoT with 1 advisory (oil leak!) Mind you, I assumed that an oil leak was mandatory on all Land Rovers!
