Radius Weld Tabs

I've been googling to find supplier that will either sell me off the shelf or make some radius weld tabs.

What I'm looking for is similar to this



50mm stand off, 6mm hole at the top and the cutout needs to fit a 35mm bar, so 17.5mm radius?

So far I've come up with only american suppliers.

Anyone on here know where I could get in touch with to get some made/ordered? I only want two so I can mount my light bar on the disco properly.

I could hand make you a couple from 6mm mild steel, easy enough job

If you can draw them, a laser cutting outfit will make them, though I'm not sure they'd be interested in just two.

Most laser cutters have at least a 50 quid minimum charge, with the VAT and delivery it makes them an expensive item, I hand make lots of small items like this either for parts of my own jobs or as a job in its own right.

There is a bloke on Ebay who sells all sorts of weld on gussets etc. I think he makes to order - looks very cheap!

Just two, No brainer, Marked out and scribed and then cut and filed around thirty minutes each max,

I'd holesaw out a 35mm hole then cut in half, even quicker! Reckon could do both start to finish in 20 mins
