A bit more on the radius folder this and a few others will be test tanks i need to make something to clamp down the material otherwise it's difficult to get 2 folds the same, this is 1.6 1050 aluminium, 2mm will be max 1.6 should be ample once a add some more shape to it, I'm not sure yet how I'll work the end plates, I've a few ideas, I'm not keen on just slapping a flat plate on

A company in the states sell them at a high cost, i roughly worked it out of pictures, then had the parts laser cut, i milled and turned the rest, it's adjustable for different diameter tube that I scavanged over roughly a year long period, I've drilled and tapped a hole in eithe of the sides for a beam, hopefully I can get some sort of quick clamps to work, i made a few mistakes aling the way but it works

A common way is to make a shallow tray with 20mm deep lips and press it into the end of your tank with the lips facing out then weld the edges of the lips and your tank together.
Form some creases diagonally across your tray for strength.
