some advice based on building mine:
hdpe chopping boards cut into strips make good drawer runners/sliders, and take up less room.
12 or 15mm ply, but buy the good stuff - dont use cheap ply, or (dog forgive!) chipboard or mdf. it delaminates, and warps.
screwed butt joints with construction adhesive (solvent based) will be plenty strong enough for drawers. put the sides on top of the base, and use thicker wood for the base.
if you make the base longer than tbe sides by about 60-70mm, you can cut a hand grip hole in tbe bit that sticks out to use as a "pull". this stops you straining the front/sides
the framework can 1" square solid wood or 20mm shs (ms, or ali) frame. skin with 0.8mm sheet or 3mm ply.
layout considerations:
if you put a false floor in for long drawers, have drawers that pull out of the back, but also ones that come out of side doors. i used the side ones for waterproofs and car repair stuff.
i dunno about LRs, but there's an access panel in boot floor to get to the fuel pump in a shogun. if you have one, dont block it!
think about how often you need to access each item youre storing - put the least used stuff nearest the centre.
make the drawer boxes so they can be removed and carried.
i had three different drawers in mine - one for camping/day trips one for work, one empty for car booting/collecting/hoarding.
easy to swap them over.
i made a matching drawer cabinet in the shed so they could be slid in there when not in use
ron paulk (as much as i find him annoying) has several videos on youboob about setting up workshop trailers - a lot of good info in them.
Will look up the YouTube videos
Passenger side rear door will have a power tool rack, for cases tools. Drivers side will have similar but for some crates I have
Rear door needs a drawer or 2, depending on height.
Where the very rear windows are I want racking, linn bin one side and shelves the other.
The idea is every tool and consumable has it's own space so can be accessed without unloading other stuff but leaving a load area for boilers and stuff, sometimes have to bring the waste back as well
