why what does it matter how reliable they are. if you have a legendary customer service.
There are many many variables that people will decide on what they buy. How they buy it. What extra warranty. what they weld . when they weld. they all impact your decision.
It doesn’t matter how reliable something is, are you pulling my leg? The customers pay for the legendary service, it’s factored in the price and the less reliable they are the more they have to charge to cover the costs.




Listening to your comments I have decided to up my game to either the RTech 210/260 or the Oxford Tigmaker 220. Both are around the same price with one being digital with a 3 year warranty the other analogue with a one year warranty. This leads me back to the original question, what are the pro and cons of the digital interface?
