Hello i have an r-tech plasma cutter I was very happy with it up until recently when I used a cros-arc 40 belonging to a customer of mine, I was blowing the welds off a block of steel with his cros-arc and it made the r-tech look like a toy as the last time i tried to do the same stle of job the r-tech was just farting and spitting at the welds. I'm thinking its the cros-arc torch that has a finer air flow blowing the metal, pressures are set the same on both.
Specifications
r-tech has a clean cut of 18mm and severance of 24mm €938 At time of purchase
cros arc has a clean cut of 12mm and severance of 18mm €599
i think the specs have been mixed up as the r-tech is lucky to cut 8mm.
can anyone advise me on how to get my own one to perform better ? would the same torch fit the r-tech?
