'R' clips

Anyone know where I can get small qty's of R clips with a ring on the end like the picture please? I've searched the net and can only find standard clips. The website I nicked the picture from is in India.

are hitch pins the same thing? they don't have the extra loop at the top as in your pic but appear to be the same except for that

ZZR1200 - looking for about 20, wire dia about 1.6.

I wish we had an agri shop near here. All of the farms have got houses on them now.

The double-coil ones can be made from stonger wire with the same deflection, because of the extra coil length.

splaldings, double coil clips have more holding tension, hate the things personally, always wrap your knuckles when removing in tight spaces, Lynch pins far nicer...

I can supply them in packs of 50 for £2.50 + VAT, unfortunately though delivery would be £7.50. They would be 2mm dia, and any dia up to 8mm.
If you prepared to wait I can reduce the postage until I am doing a larger order

Ah very clever indeed! those things always seem to get lost!
(on farm equipment that is!) they're often attached with small chains...

On my car trailer theyre attached with a short length of bowden cable canabalized from a old motorcycle brake cable, with a eye (earth) end electrical terminal soldered onto each end
If its any help, I use single coil varients, they still work great, and are always there at journeys end. The eyelet is too small to pass the bumpy bit to fall off.

What you need then is the right cord, and a good knot!
