I am thinking of replacing the four way tool post on my ML7 with a quick change and was after some advice as to what best to go for
The four way I have is handy though can only take 5/16 (8mm) tools and I need to shim them each time i change
I like the design of the Arc Eurotrade version (they even have an ML7 adaptor) https://www.arceurotrade.co.uk/Cata...ol-Posts/Model-000-Quick-Change-Tool-Post-Set
RGD do a few https://www.rdgtools.co.uk/acatalog/Quick_Change_Toolposts__Complete_Sets_.html I did get a recommendation on https://www.rdgtools.co.uk/acatalog...THE-WITH-PARTING---VEE-HOLDER---MYFQUICK.html
Myford themselves (now owned by RDG) advertise https://www.myford.co.uk/acatalog/M...T-ML7---SUPER-7---254-LATHES--78175-1813.html
Too many to chose from!
Thanks
