Q&S 625 Floor Standing Pillar Drill

Hello guys, long shot but im currently setting up my first home workshop so as you can imagine im on a bit of a budget with kitting it out.

Im after a floor standing pillar drill, I have a budget of £130 I know this isnt a huge amount but I have seen a few come up I always am too slow though!

Needs to be 240v , obviously a bigger chuck would be better and if it has anything else with it is a bonus! , location I do travel about a bit so would consider anything Cheers

I'm assuming yours is the 4 speed model, I have the 8 speed QDM 750. They are very well engineered drills, based on the old Kerry super 8 drills.

You won’t go wrong with a q&s machine. I’ve a q&s qdm 22 , cannot for the life of my find info on it but by god is it sturdy! It has an epicyclic reduction box to give it 10 speeds

cheers guys! yes its the 4 speed model seems a really well made sturdy piece of kit and yes came in slightly under budget too! the big points for me were A being morse taper and B made over in barnsley so decent quality !
