putting a coating on metal

hi,

is there any way to put a rubber coating on metal?

i've searched quite a bit but all i found is a "plastidip" but that leaves a glossy finish while i want a matt finish.

Try frost they have some different dips not sure what the finishes are.

i think xk engineering were doing a rubbery stuff they were spraying in the back of pickup trucks to replace load liners
