Another sheet metal job, this rather scruffy looking hydraulic pumpset has to be relocated from its hiding place in a roof space, into a production area.


So I built a stainless steel enclosure, the top is just sitting on 4 pegs and can be easily lifted off for routine maintenance, the body is split into 2 main sections and can be removed in a couple of minutes for more serious access

The front plates are separate to allow removal of the enclosure, without having to disturb the pipework

The vent on the back is in line with the motor, the gap at the top is for ventilation, there are also openings underneath, when in operation this pump runs for up to 16 hours non stop, so can get quite warm,
