PULSE - Paton Standard MIG Range

I’ve noticed that the Paton range of welding equipment has received positive feedback from forum members. This afternoon, I spoke with Anton Stepakhno, the Managing Director of Paton, about the inclusion of the PULSE feature in their Standard MIG range. Anton confirmed that the upcoming 5th generation model will indeed incorporate this improved feature and is scheduled for release in November 2024. He also mentioned that this new model, which will be fully equipped with advanced features, will be priced very competitively.

At least one of the previous standard range had pulse anyway.
Or does 'improved feature ' mean they have made the menu/pulse settings more accessible/user friendly

It was originally supplied with a basic pulse on the MIG, the TIG and the ARC still have this function on current models.

I half suspect that it will be an upgraded function, however; I have not been furnished with this information as of yet.

I haven't used the old style but I'm certain that the large screen and knob is preferable over the microwave style buttons and display

I should do a proper review really but I've only just got the 32a plug on it

it's a pro model so had pulse in all modes anyway before the update
