For some reason when i select duel pulse.. the secondary wire feed speed defaults on being faster than the first primary wire feed speed. and when i finish welding it displays a holding amperage of 200-230ish amps instead of the max 140 i selected. Yeah it is way different. I can weld 2mm sheet steel with 1.2mm steel wire without melting the sheet steel. It is a lot more stable as well. I don't why 1mm wire was so hard to get right.I told you 1,2 is a different animal , I have to do more tests with 1,0 wire just to understand why the hell it's so difficult to find the proper set up , expecially on thin materials .
What's the problem with double pulse ? Your explanation wasn't clear to me .
I don't recommend it on steel at normal positions , it's good only for ss and alu , just go with normal pulse and waving , way better and faster .
