Your braver than me!i cut and conected a 35mm 4 core swa 415volt cable joint at a place i did a job at on the weekend , they were supposed to leave the keys to turn it off but they didnton the monday they were discussing it on site how it got connected
ummm i dont know and just laughed . a sheet of visqueen to sit on some insulation tape on some tools and them pink marigold gloves springs to mind
job done cable. jointers do it every day

lol outside it was spitting a bit but a cut up dustbin bag over your head sorts that ,was just checking these armoured cables and buzbars today and upgrading the earthingOne hopes that an umbrella was not required that day(or was it an "inside job")
