Propane Heater

Hi Guys, can anyone help, I've just been given an old Infradex ceramic plaque type propane space heater, very thankful for some heat in my garage at last.

Its very old but works well, ideally it could do with a replacement plaque has anyone any idea where I could get one from? a trawl of google has returned zilch!

Try the local dump for the "super ser"heaters that have the bottle inside,I'v just had one to get some parts, but did notice the ceramic plaques were bonded in with what looked like fire cement, Looked like it would be difficult to remove without breaking,

Calling them "site heaters" will widen your search.
As for parts, they really don't seam to be any particular standard and when you can get replacement plates they cost nearly what the whole heater does.
The wonderful world of economics eh ?
