project ideas for 5yr old needed pls

my 5 yr old wants to do project, but not sure what to do with him.
he knows how to use most of my tools except grinder.
as had go of stick welder and enjoyed it.

about year ago he made mum keyring which he cut some flat bar in bandsaw and hole drilled using drill press all under very close supervision from me and 14yr old big brother ( who thinks little bro is coolest ever cos he likes being in workshop)

same big bro who spent day telling him what all the tools are etc then got him to cut and drill some box sect for sash clamp heads.

any ideas pls?

already got plans to build two seater car when hes older.

At that age my boy was building critters, no photos available, things like a ring spanner as the body for an ant with bolts for legs, funny robots etc etc.
Does he know what fun cupbrushing is? great fun. he'd love it.

Oh aye I wouldn't buy the plans necessarily but the idea is cool. A good way use those niCad rechargable drills you see second hand nowadays.

It would almost be worth having kids to build a toylander. And you couldn't even build one to sell
a) you'd never be able to get enough to cover your time and materials
b) you couldn't bear to part with it
