Hey,

I bought some consumables last friday from plasmapart and it says on the website that the order status is still processing. Is it normal that it take so much time? I sent an email yesterday and they still havent replied back

Theres a Mobile number their too on their website, Try again tommorrow and if they havn't got back to you by close of business tommorrow night then start a paypal Dispute, and get your money back.

Its not very good service when you can't contact a company in nearly a week since you placed the order

I'm beginning to get the impression that there is some big issue with deliveries at the moment. I've got one order from a normally reliable supplier which is now very late. Also at work we get regular deliveries from various differer couriers, where they've had problems with their systems

I'll maybe wait 1 or 2 days before I start a paypal Dispute
The reason why I dont call them is that I live in Belgium and it can be pricy

Thats why its taken so long, I hadn't reliased that you was in belgium

To be honest a week to get to you is not too bad, Unless you wanted to pay extra for a faster delivery
