procedures in writing

Could anyone please help as one of my customers have been in touch asking where they could get in writing, the procedure for welding oil tanks. The company cleans and separates oil and occasionally the steel drums the oil is stored in gets damaged and need patching and they have asked me if I know of anywhere that can provide written information on how to repair said drums. From which consumable to use to how to prep the steel and what health and safety procedures to follow. They will be using MMA.

Any Welding Engineer will be able to provide a Procedure for the job you describe, giving details for prep, consumables etc They wil be able to give basic information relating to Health and Safety, but depnding on how much info they need they may have to go elsewhere.
