Here, Scrima, what wire type and size are you using, and what gas????
If you're on solid wire then at 25 volts, you're at the top end, and going to overhead that may be pushing it. Depending on the shielding gas, it could be 3-4 v high.
If you're on flux - cored, you're either way high or way low, again depending on whether there is a gas shield or not.
