Hi Folks,
so ive done quite a bit of searching and found tons of threads on all sorts of blast cabinet things, but i cant find anything specific to this - so im just looking for some 'tips' or do's and dont's for this setup.
I have a pressure pot set up exactly like @brightspark told me to do with the tungsten nozzle and the modified metering valve etc, and it works absolutely flawlessly everytime - i love it. ive blasted body panels, axles, all sorts, and it works extremely well.
I always wanted a blast cabinet though for smaller stuff and not having to drag everything outside and waste media to blast a few small brackets, so i finally picked a cabinet up. standard floor standing chinesium afair.
My pressure pot works so well im not even entertaining getting the cabinet gun working - I want to incorporate the pot to work inside the cabinet, the hopper just collecting the media, empty it, sieve it back into the pot.
Any tips on how to get the hose in there to seal effectively or how else has it been done? im using crushed glass, and being outside, has always been a total loss system - is crushed glass totally useless after first use?
thanks for any steer!
