Hi
I was hoping someone could help me understand what the best products are to use for:
- cleaning a bare metal panel prior to epoxy primer
- cleaning a primered panel prior to base coat (probably same product for both)
I've been using a prepwash wax and grease remover applied on a out of a can onto a prepsol wipe, but I see a lot of guys have mixes they apply from a spray bottle that seem more user friendly, efficient and economical (given the amount of passes you need to really clean the part).
I've read isopropyl alcohol at like 70% might be the way to go?
Any advice is much appreciated.
Adam
