Powerfab Digger rebooted

That looks very like a rebadged Peljob EB12

It looks similar but Powerfab were made in Wales and its bigger than a peljob. The ram is on top of the boom on a Powerfab which i thought would make it weaker lifting but ive lifted 500kg with it no problem. Undercarraige is wider and blade is much bigger.

Ok so bit more time to spend on this last few days

there was no way to remove the old spool bracket without draining most of the tank whick actually turned out to be less messy than i imagined


This is the bugger i need to replace its at the wrong hieght and angle the new control foul it



Spool valve out and ready to be converted


There was no other way to get it back in and adjust everything after with the access i had so broke out the plasma cutter , not the neatest but will be hidden by new battery tray


made a mock up of the mounting points on digger as no access to fab it in situ , old braket was used so i know the angles and mounting hole are correct



out with the ceral packets to make up a template , had a bit of 4mm plate in the scrap bin



fits spot on but change of angle mean a bend is needed



sorted !
