power tool leads

Hi All does anyone have the correct name /material/spec for the very flexible cable for power tools, the cheaper ones have some kind of stiff pvc crap fitted whereas the better quality tools have a much better flex [silicone/rubber?]fitted it is this I need to buy, thanks in advance

That blue PVC arctic rated cable could also be used.
