0.75KW is 1HP or 1kVA at typical motor power factor - so maybe 4.5 Amps..... the plate though states 7.2 Amps - so perhaps that is the starting current (but seems rather low for a 1ph motor but feasible) - or its the peak load when the motor goes onto overload perhaps (about 1.75kva ish).
Hard to say. A 2.2kVA Genny MIGHT manage it (if it can start it then it has enough prod to run it) - or you might need 6kva +.
I'd bung the motor onto the mains with the Live Wire separated and clamp meter it on start-up, look for the peak demand (though with a vehicle on the lift & raising it will demand more oomph probably) - but it'll give you some idea.
Wholey hdraulic? What else would it be?
Seems to be a lot of these about. Would they possibly do it?
I know this one says parts but there are a lot around.

I don't know, electrical components other than the motor I guess....?
Safety stuff, switches etc. if none of those, I would imagine you should be able to plumb it into any hydraulic power source with sufficient pressure and oil capacity. A tractor if you have one.
