Just been looking at a US site with a reference to electricity prices. They were using a figure of $0.05 per unit (kW/hr). Is this wildly out of date or is energy this cheap across the pond? W/A

We set a record last month for the # of days over 100. Probably averaged near 95.
That was with 2 big window shaker A/C units. Just installed a 2-ton central unit. Nothing like "sweating" pipes in 100+ heatA bit small for the house. Runs all day non-stop
