Awake at 5:30 with pain, so been out cleaning up more bits and bobs:

A lot of my kit came from Cessna, they had a hydraulics factory in Scotland that was bought over by EATON, I bought a lot from the experimental dept.

I've had back issues since I was a kid helping my Dad reroof our house when I suddenly learned I couldn't fly. Over the years I've had relapses if the injury and have tried chiropractors, medication and exercises to relieve the pain. Exercises didn't work, chiropractic adjustments did slightly help, but taking pain medication didn't cure anything. All medication does is hide the fact that you are continually aggravating the injury, when your body is trying to, and I admit " slowly ", trying to repair itself.

I like your pottering about topic. I'm doing the same and refurbishing some small tools which is satisfying, until I feel like I can continue with our project house remodel. Hope you recover quickly to enjoy your wedding, and life getting back to normal once again.

I can sympathise, my backs been sore for three weeks. Not as bad as your Tom but I know what’s done mine. During lockdown my back was great, no sore bits. Drove my L200 and Golf no issues, get back into the Ranger and it gets sore again. The driving position is terrible, I’ve complained to my boss about it. See what happens.
