posting a web link

I know how to include a normal active link in a post for a website but how do I hide it with a word like, have a look here, with the word here clickable for the link ?

open your reply window the one with all the editing stuff up there ^^ and the smileys there>>

copy the url of where you want to point us to, then click the world with the chain link icon above this opens a dialogue box

once you paste your URL in the dialogue box and click ok there is a stream of gobldygook in your reply some of it is highlighted - if you start typing it replaces the highlighted bit with your typed "Click here" message and that then becomes the blue hyperlink in your post.
