Marina pickup with a Rover V8.I always fancied having a marina pickup.
Is that wrong?
2 litre "O" series, 5 speed, TR6 wheels.
That's another option. No crossmember to get in the way, so they drop in quite easily, and the marina has a hydraulic clutch if you want to go manual, which I always do. I've not done one though.Marina pickup with a Rover V8.
My neighbour bought one new. Still has it. The sportiness stopped at the stripes and twin Strombergs iirc. They did, the Avenger Tiger. A rare thing back then, never mind now.
Cam was upgraded I believe plus suspension upgrades. My neighbour bought one new. Still has it. The sportiness stopped at the stripes and twin Strombergs iirc.

Take it up with owners. Or the actual owners club who I quoted.Well well, those Webers hid themselves well, quiet as anything could be.
Yes OK, not well phrased...Did you have to do that every day?
No wonder they had a bad reputation![]()
I'd say it was about that time the old man got his; might even have been from Kays catalogue or similarI’ve still got one, taken dozens of engines out with it, last one was my son’s Mazda engine & box out about 15 years ago. I thought it really is past its sell by date, but it still worked ok. It was bought about 1970 I think.
