You don’t necessarily need to use a bandsaw , I just used it bulk it down , you can just use the router and plunge cut it , the same as if you were doing a worktop . 10mm passes and repeat .So you still need a bandsaw to use the router and template.

In the entire YT back catalogue we are being presented with, would it not be good to visualise the cuts he is talking about? In the original post, he says 600+ radius. That is making a semi-circle on the short side of a sheet of ply. Which is quite tight.

I suspect many of them are mothballed. They use a lot of power. CNC lasers tend to be around 1 to 10kw. Many of the water jets are 100kwDo you know anyone with a water jet ?![]()
