That beam cutter could easily manage a big rad if the guard knife was removed, If the saw was tethered to a post set at the desired rad and the timber anchored down in a jig you could get consistency.

In the entire YT back catalogue we are being presented with, would it not be good to visualise the cuts he is talking about? In the original post, he says 600+ radius. That is making a semi-circle on the short side of a sheet of ply. Which is quite tight.

I know YT give you some money if you allow ads. in the middle of your content. Have they now started a sub-affiliate scheme where you get $0.001 for every link you post?

You don’t necessarily need to use a bandsaw , I just used it bulk it down , you can just use the router and plunge cut it , the same as if you were doing a worktop . 10mm passes and repeat .

I just have a bandsaw , so use it . But it is not critical to have one to do the job .

as @eLuSiVeMiTe should know you dont need a bandsaw to make a form/template

we didnt have them to make the old cathedral beams or house beams or to make wheels for the carts

as they didnt exist then to make them
