If your willing to laminate them , I’d make a MDF / ply template , get a router with appropriate bush on jt , the same used for worktop jigs and a long 1/2” spiral cutter . It’s what I do on morticing green oak . You could easily do two 50mm thick sections . And using a jig / template they would all be exactly the same , until the wood settles …..
I had a large batch of oak Canopies / to make , all with curved gallow brackets and frames and did just that , ie the 2” sections , made light work after bulking out with the bandsaw . Almost ikea style to be assembled on site
