Pop up

Hi,
I have been getting an annoying pop up. I have tried googling it but nothing comes up.
I have not downloaded anything, and I cant find anything in the list of programs. Any ideas?

They sneak in don't they! I had one that altered my browser settings and put ads all over the place.

I run Malwarebytes which as well as true malware removes PUPs - potentially unwanted programmes which are not malware as such but very irritating.

what operating system are you using ? as dosnt look like a standared windows start screen

could it be windows 10?
