Polythene Sheeting

I'm after some Polythene sheet but I don't know the Microns thickness ie is 250 microns thicker than 150 microns,hows the scale work in terms of thickness?

1 micron is 1 millionth of a meter.

150 microns is 0.15mm
250 microns is 0.25mm

Try a company called Beakbane in Kidderminster, they specialise in machine bellows.

have you seen the price of them. I've a program that you can print directly on to the sheet so show where to fold

The Beakbane product has it's market at their price but there are cheaper alternatives for those that need them, or so I suspect, I have no specific knowledge of market prices for this product. I just know that Beakbane supply a PU product, mainly for OEM.

So I can use me Micrometer to gauge the thickness I want,I have a piece here and I want to buy some the thickness of this piece I have.

Unless you have a Sheet Micrometer,grip the poly between two bits of metal,measure total thickness,then subtract thickness of metal.
