Hi guys,
Know its not the right forum for this, but tonnes of other general questions get answered on here so i willgive it a go before joining a plumbing group.
I have bought a Rointe rome water heater for a 'granny flat' on our property, no gas etc so has to be electric, so this model ticked all the boxes, wifi control, timer etc.
There is a pressure reducing valve and expansion relief valve which comes in the kit, and poorly labelled (in my opinion) on the instructions there are 5x connections
1x cold water feed
1x cold out to water heater
1x expansion vessel connection
1x tundish connection
And there is one last connection which is labelled as 'CW to tap" which i assume means that becuase they ask for the water heater to be fed from a good mains water pressure, that you could use this connection as a cold water feed to dish wash/ washing machine, taps, toilets etc?
Am i correct in what i am thinking?
Many thanks
Harry
