Hi chaps, I know you are a knowledgeable bunch and never stuck when it comes to answers to life’s problems large and small.
Lately there has been an unpleasant odour coming from out downstairs toilet. Upon investigation there is a leak between the toilet waste where it enters the soil pipe.
Upon closer inspection the waste pipe just sits inside a larger diameter pipe and sewage water us just leaking out the bottom every time we flush. We’ve been in the house for 6 years so it’s been like this for a while and obviously only just started leaking so I’m guessing the joint has sagged and that’s why it’s now leaking.
My question is, what kind of connector do I need to make the joint watertight?
