Hi,
I'm trying to stay calm while writing this, my father in law was a welder all his life in Poland before he retired. He's a lovely man and like to help out with everything, but he's not a precise guy in the slightest. I let him drill and tap my weld table project I got here, Weld table from the Metalist That's why there's a table saw sitting in the end at the moment.
because I didn't have time with my job and kids to finish it off and he was here for a few weeks.
Obviously the hole precision is important here if you want to line things up at 90 degrees ... the holes are all over the place here.
Is my only option to get a copper bar underneath, filll all the holes and start again?
Watch the edge of the Aluminum edge , some of the spaces are roughly 100mm some not
He used a bad template
