We are looking to redo our bathroom and are considering to use plastic wallboards rather than tiles. The bathroom company claim they are much better for condensation and warmth, plus no grout to go mouldy or break away.
Anybody any experience with these wallboards? They are a pair of thin plastic sheets with ribs every 20mm or so spacing them apart. They slide together with a tongue and groove which is filled with sealant just prior to sliding together. Being pretty large there would only be a few joints around the room.
Any downsides we could be letting ourselves in for?
