There's nothing wrong with a bit of structural wood chip wall paper to hold up the plasterthe only thing i havent ever done in a house is put any wallpaper on . its never appealed to me
We had a whole house full of that rubbish...all gone along with the blown plaster and rotten ceilings!
Got a plastering crew in to do ours...think it too them 3 or 4 days to plaster an entire 3 bed house!
