Plasterboard cable gland to tidy this up....

These cables will go into the side of an adjacent 30cm kitchen unit and I'll terminate them all on a panel hidden behind the 30cm kitchen door.

The cables are for the fused spurs and timers for the electric radiator, underfloor heating, extractor fan etc.

Any suggestions on a gland/box that would accommodate the cables to tidy it up a bit although it will actually never be seen once the installation is complete.

Probably easiest to just box it in with some ply or plasterboard.
You could buy a large plastic junction box and cut the back out, but with that many cables, making up some boxing would be easier and neater I reckon.

I've found offcuts of roofing battens great for constructing frameworks for odd bits of boxing.

You can buy letter box style brush covers for cables... that could cover the wall, then pin them up?

a tiewrap round them and a bit of plaster or filler in the hole pointless doing anything elaborate even filling the hole is posh stop a bit of draught and thats about it

theres no need for fireproofing or any joint boxes the cables go direct in to the cabinet and then in the backboxes . dont overthink or engineer it

It is underfloor heating. It needs fire stopping. Anything else is a plus.
A can of fire stopping foam is good enough.

no it doesnt the only time fire stop is needed if cables go through a floor or ducting or walls namely in flats and public buildings to stop any spread of fire . the wall is only half inch plasterboard on battens and cables go in to a kitchen unit that has a plinth and backs in cupboard ive fitted underfloor electric heating since it 1st came out and fitted loads theres nothing to set on fire

Why does it need fire stopping? The only time I've known fire stopping be required in a house is when there is a built in garage.

Houses don't normally have fire compartmentation.

I've avoided domestic work for a few years now so I may be behind on new rules, is this something that has been added to building regs?

nupe only ceilings in built in garages need double boarding and fire sealing on the joints

Braided sleeving over the the cables pushing it into the wall and brush strip. You may have to split the cables into two bundles.
