Hi guys, I haven't been around for awhile but I am in need of some advice please.
I am looking at getting one of the smaller plasma table setups for the cellar. Either 4' x 2' or 2' x 2'
Now, am I right in thinking that a water table will take some of the fumes and smoke away ? I will need to put some sort of extraction into thew cellar because I dont want fumes wandering up through the house.
I know John did a review of the R Tech setup so I am also looking at feedback from his direction Is there more noise from a plain plasma table over a water table plasma setup ?
I have the Lincoln Electric pc 210 plasma as well as the Hypertherm 45 XP. Could either of these machines be used on the table even tho they have the hand torch setup ? If I was to fit one of these machines to the table would it be quick to disconnect it and use it on a job onsite or would it take awhile to disconnect ?
I have seen that The Swifty plasma table has a camera that can follow a line drawing on paper, would this be a bonus on saving time with inputting files or writing info, do other plasma tables have this facility ?
( I really have no idea as yet as to what you need to do with file input dx xf ac/dc bdsm )
Does anyone know if there is a db rating for these cutters running ?
Last but not least, should I get a complete setup ie new plasma cutter, table, with or without water table, computer ma bob or just buy a table and try and figure it out ?
Apologies for the long post but its best to do as much groundwork before shelling out
Regards Badger
