I think you were expecting a bit too much for those profiles to be flat...
If it really is an issue, they should have been Water Jet Cut.
Even on a Laser they would have warped.
Your only chance of them being cut as flat as possible, was if you found a company that has a Water Table on there Plasma Machine.
That would help a lot to keep the material flat.

Pictures before and after. 50mm+ bend on the worst. All a mess. Ring roller fired into action and all rolled flat!
Just got to make it now.
Next lot to come with tags left on, each profile part cut, then moves onto the next, then comes back and finishes it.

Could be any number of things causing that, something as simple as stacking with dunnage in the wrong place would do that....
It annoys me, when people put something on two bits of timber, then put something on top with one bit central

No worries then, all nice and flat now
Tapered bits were a pain in the **** - less pressure needed where the profile gets thinner. All done in an hour and half!

Timber and sledge job that Paul,just wanted to use your new toy i bet!
Do you have the facility to use that roller on its back? I find our easier to use, support the bar on rollers that way.

Yes, it has skids on the back to lay it down. Too much in the way to do it that way, even with big rings, the just go up into the roof space!
I see you have yours laid flat on its back - some roller stands there for it as well i see
