Thanks. I'm picking up a 4x4 cnc plasma table on Sunday. It occurred to me it would be better to stock sheets of Zintec rather than cold rolled so it doesn't rust in storage.
Local ducting company use a swiftcut and Hyperthem 65, .8 and 1.2mm zintec. Seem to go though consumables at an alarming rate. Though I'm not sure it's set up very well
From what I know zintec cuts fine on plasma, it's a slightly thinner coating to galv, doesn't need to be removed before welding either in my experience.
