The hyperthem machines are well built and on a three Phase supply you will get one to meet your needs however, price will be the factor with these well built American machines, the Powermax 65 would be the machine if you are interested in Hypertherm but Tec-arch have released a new machine as Jim Davey said which will handle a Severance cut 38mm Clean cut up to 28mm.

You won't go far wrong with anything from Hypertherm, best part is the incredible consumable life, something to consider over the life of the machine if it's heavy on tips and electrodes.
